Renata is a certified auditor and member of ACCA with over 20 years of professional experience gained in one of the Big Four firms and other international corporations.
She specialises in auditing financial statements prepared in accordance with the Accounting Act and IFRS. She also supervised the preparation and audit of financial statements and reporting packages prepared in accordance with US GAAP, UK GAAP, Lux GAAP and Irish GAAP.
Renata has extensive experience in auditing financial statements of companies from various industries, with her specialization being the broadly understood real estate sector. She built skills in this area during many years of auditing practice as well as through various types of trainings, programs and postgraduate studies (Real Estate Proffesional - Polish Council of Shopping Centers and Brussel Solvay University).
Renata has also conducted various advisory projects related to, inter alia, transition to IFRS and the IPO process, internal control (including SOX requirements), verification of the purchase price for large business transactions or optimization of operational processes, and many others.
